On March 10` 2019 Japanese Spitz monobreed (specialty) dog show "Cup of The Rising Sun 2019" took place in Kiev.

Previously, such dog shows were held only in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Australia.

At the end of breed rings, a ceremony of honor the winners and each participant was held. All of them were served refreshments from the tasty sponsor of the show TM Optimeal.

Also within its framework was selected the owner of the first established title "Optimeal Sympathy". An award ribbon decorated his chest and a prize from TM Optimeal representatives was given to his furry paws.

Special guest of the monobreed show, its organizer and sponsor Japanese spitz SIMBA TSAR ZVEREI (owner Julia Stryzhkina) also took part in this event.

Simba (also known as Pets Couturier SIMBA) appeared in Japanese kimono and presented gifts to each participant in the form of automobile stickers on the glass with the image of a dog of this breed of his own production, a corporate holder for medals, as well as a holder for award rosettes with a memorable decoration of the dog show. Special attention was attracted by awards for the winners of each class and the main cups of the show, which had no analogues earlier. The latter were decorated in gold (for the 1-st place) and in silver (reserve winner) with a figurine of a breed and a memorial inscription on a symbolic planet.

Not less significant event that happened on this day was the announcement by Japanese Spitz owners and breeders who were presented at the monobreed festival in Kiev a proclamation of Japanese Spitz World Day! They decided that this holiday will now be celebrated every second Sunday of March, because it was on the day that the debut of the monobreed dog show took place.
